Our Uniform

Students at Logos should be smart and comfortable, ready to learn! We have taken great effort to keep our uniform simple, identifiable and pleasant to wear. Most of our main uniform items are sold through the school, primarily during the last week in August/first week in September but also available from the school office through the year.

Our uniform contributes towards our sense of belonging and shared purpose. It encourages pride in what we achieve together and strengthens our identity as the Logos family. By looking smart, we set high expectations for ourselves, reinforcing the idea that presenting ourselves well helps us to learn, grow, and serve together.

Students at Logos School are expected to wear their school uniform every day remembering it is not just ‘what you wear’ but ‘how you wear it’. Students wear their PE kit to school on days when PE is timetabled. We have the following expectations and standards for how uniform is worn:

1. Students are always expected to dress smartly
2. PE Kit is only to be worn on the days when the pupil has PE lessons
3. No jewellery is permitted except for girls, who may wear one stud in each ear lobe
4. Extreme make up is not permitted (natural colours only)
5. Fingernails must be short and of natural colour
6. Boys hair must not touch the school polo shirt collar
7. Boys hair is not permitted to be tied up
8. Girl’s hair should be of a natural colour
9. No extreme haircuts are allowed (skin heads, shaved in patterns etc.)
10. All pupils must be well groomed and presentable
11. Tattoos are not permitted
12. Smart watches are not permitted
13. School bags should not have notable logos/slogans
14. Plain coats may be worn in winter when outside
